As a QHSE administrative assistant, you are the link between the QHSE department and the rest of the organization. You contribute to compliance with important quality requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations. You ensure that all documentation is up to date, inspections are carried out on time, and analyses are processed carefully. Your work not only helps to minimize risks, but also contributes to the continuous improvement of processes within the organization. You will be working in a dedicated QHSE team of three colleagues at the head office in Utrecht.
What are you going to do?
As a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support to the QHSE department. You will keep track of documents, registrations, and processes and ensure that everything is recorded neatly and on time, so that we comply with applicable laws and regulations. Your duties will include:
- Preparing various meetings and keeping track of action lists;
- Processing mail, emails, and various analyses, planning audits, approving invoices, and managing certificates on the website;
- Planning and recording inspections of equipment, such as fire extinguishers and first aid facilities;
- Keeping track of various records, such as energy consumption, cost overviews, and permit requirements;
- Other administrative tasks associated with the position.
What are we asking?
You are an administrative assistant who contributes to ensuring quality, safety, and environmental protection with your accuracy, organizational talent, and proactive attitude. You also bring:
- In possession of an MBO diploma;
- Experience in an administrative position, preferably within a QHSE department;
- Residing in the Utrecht region;
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Applying for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the application procedure.
