What are you going to do?
You are the face of the Theo Pouw Group, and you’ll have frequent contact with customers and colleagues as you go about your work. You’ll be driving various types of vehicles. We have a wide range of vehicles, including: dump trailers, mixers, container trucks, bulk trailers, portal trucks, and walking floors. Your duties will include:
- The transportation of our raw materials for civil engineering, road construction, waterway construction, and concrete construction;
- Daily maintenance and repair of minor car problems;
- Keeping the vehicle clean.
What are we asking?
You strive to deliver goods to our customers on time. Changes to the schedule are sometimes unavoidable, but thanks to your flexible approach, this is no problem for you and you remain calm. You also bring:
- CE driver's license and valid Code 95;
- At least 2 years of experience as a driver;
- Basic Safety Certificate (VCA) or willing to obtain it;
- ADR certification or be willing to obtain it;
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
What do we offer?
A contract for 40 hours per week for 7 months with the prospect of permanent employment. We participate in the collective labor agreement for professional goods transport. This means you can also count on:
- No-claims bonus scheme of up to €75.00 per month;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, from 10 kilometers one way with a maximum of 50 kilometers per day;
- Code 95 refresher training (reimbursement for training hours and courses);

Who are we?
Our transportation department handles the transport of primary and secondary raw materials for earthworks, road construction, waterway construction, and concrete construction. Our fleet in Eemshaven consists of 35 well-maintained, modern trucks (Volvo, Scania, Mercedes, Daf), including trailers, dump trucks, and concrete mixers. To ensure the quality and reliability of our equipment, we have our own workshop, allowing us to perform maintenance efficiently.
