Training: Internship, vocational training,
or graduation project

Are you looking for an educational workplace where you can really contribute and make a difference? At the Theo Pouw Groep, we offer internships, vocational training positions, and graduation projects for students in secondary vocational education, higher professional education, and university education.

Whether you want to combine school with practical experience, learn a trade in a vocational training program, or do a graduation project on sustainability, technology, or logistics, we are happy to help you find the right fit. Initial consultation

If we think you are a good fit for the position, we will invite you for an introductory interview. A few days after the interview, you will hear whether you have been selected for the next round.

Second interview or shadow day

Are we both enthusiastic? Then
a second interview and/or a trial day will follow, depending on
the position.

Terms of employment

If the second interview or the shadow day went well, you will receive a proposal with our terms of employment.

If you agree, we warmly welcome you to the Theo Pouw Groep. Within a few days of submitting your details, you will receive your employment contract. We look forward to working with you.
