Crane operator

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and become part of our close-knit team? We are looking for an operator for our crawler crane at our location in Eemshaven.

What are you going to do?

As a machine operator, you are responsible for moving, loading, and setting up various materials on our company premises. Your duties include:

• Turning materials with attachments;
• Loading installations and/or vehicles;
• Daily maintenance, cleaning, and repair of minor malfunctions of the machine and any accessories;
• Excavating construction pits, creating and finishing slopes, or excavating, moving, and leveling the terrain.
• Report/schedule inspections of machines and accessories.

What are we asking?

You are flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary. You have a strong sense of responsibility and keep equipment and machines in good condition. You also bring:

• Preferably a machine operator's certificate or comparable work experience;
• At least 1 year of work experience in demolition work;
• Preferably a VCA diploma, or willing to obtain one;
• Technical knowledge.

What do we offer?

A contract for 40 hours per week for 7 months with the prospect of permanent employment.

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, from 10 kilometers one way with a maximum of 50 kilometers per day;

At our location in Eemshaven, contaminated mineral waste is processed 24/7 using a thermal cleaner to produce high-quality, sustainable secondary raw materials. We also produce high-quality concrete and coordinate the transport of building materials and construction and demolition waste.
