As a weighbridge attendant at the Theo Pouw Group in Weert, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues who come to weigh their trucks in and out. You’ll assist them properly, with enthusiasm and a customer-friendly attitude. You’ll be there for our visitors and colleagues. In other words: You’re the face of the Theo Pouw Group at the weighbridge!

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for all tasks in and around the weighbridge. You will do this by:

  • Weighing incoming and outgoing trucks;
  • Handling the related administrative tasks, including through our computer system;
  • The weighbridge serves as the entrance to the site; visitors must be guided through the area in a proper and safe manner;
  • The verification and issuance of guidance forms.

What are we asking?

You are able to work independently and with precision, and you get along well with others. You also bring the following:

  • Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking;
  • Proficient in working with computers and digital systems;
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative work;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch;
  • A Class B driver's license and access to personal transportation.

This is a position requiring 15 to 20 hours per week, spread over five days. The regular working hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours will be determined by mutual agreement.

Our transport department also handles the transport of primary and secondary raw materials for ground, road, water, and concrete construction.
