Ahmed has been working for the Theo Pouw Group in Utrecht since 2024. Ahmed was already familiar with the Theo Pouw Group because of its blue trucks. After losing his previous job, he checked to see if there were any opportunities at the Theo Pouw Group, and there were.

What Ahmed likes about working at the Theo Pouw Groep is that everything is well organized. The working atmosphere is professional and positive, and everyone gets along well. This is great for teamwork. Ahmed feels welcome and appreciated here.

Ahmed is satisfied with the contact with the planners; the contact is good and he can discuss everything.

Ahmed likes the variety in his work. He drives a 10×4 swap truck, which means he can drive both a tipper and a concrete mixer. One day he transports loads of sand or rubble, and the next day he is at the concrete plant with the mixer. Ahmed enjoys being active and likes working outdoors.

Ahmed is eager to learn and wants to learn more about the equipment. He also dreams of starting his own business in the future. He finds a lot of inspiration at the Theo Pouw Groep.
