Ineke has been working in the HR department at the Theo Pouw Groep since October 2022. Ineke started as an HR advisor and has since progressed to HR manager. She works at the Utrecht location, but is also regularly in Eemshaven.
Ineke joined the Theo Pouw Groep after seeing a vacancy on LinkedIn. The short lines of communication, sustainable approach, and family atmosphere immediately appealed to her. She believes it is important for an organization to operate with an eye to the future.
What Ineke likes about working at the Theo Pouw Groep is the freedom she has in her work and the appreciation she receives. Initiative is encouraged, and the HR tasks are varied and challenging.
Ineke finds the corporate culture open and accessible. Colleagues here genuinely express their gratitude. There is plenty of room for development and career opportunities. Undertaking training courses is always negotiable.
Cooperation within the HR team is good. There is a pleasant atmosphere and colleagues are there for each other. Ineke experiences it as a close-knit team with a common goal. She also has open communication and good cooperation with her manager.
