Katja has been working at the Theo Pouw Groep since 2011. She started at a company that was later acquired by the Theo Pouw Groep. At that company, Katja worked in financial administration and as an office manager. Katja started at the Theo Pouw Groep as an internal sales representative. Since 2019, she has been working at the weighbridge in Akkrum.

Although Katja had no experience in this sector, she is enjoying herself. She finds the work varied and enjoys interacting with people. No two days are the same, which is what makes the work so enjoyable. In Akkrum, Katja works in a small team. Everyone knows what the others are doing and helps each other where necessary. This also gives you the opportunity to show what you can do. In addition to her colleagues at the Akkrum branch, Katja also has a lot of contact with colleagues from other branches.

Katja enjoys working with her team. They can count on each other and work well together. She also has a good relationship with her manager, communication is good, and she can always discuss anything.
