Raphael has been working at the Theo Pouw Groep in Eemshaven since 2020. He started as a temporary worker and was hired permanently after one year. A colleague from our branch had heard that Raphael was leaving his previous employer and approached him. It's nice to work for a family business where you are involved in the company. During breaks, the management regularly joins us for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat.

One of the enjoyable aspects for Raphael is the variety of work on the truck. The equipment we drive is modern and well maintained by our own garages. We have a great team of drivers. Everyone is enthusiastic and wants the best for the company. On the other hand, Raphael enjoys working independently on the truck.

In addition to work, the Theo Pouw Groep also pays attention to personal development and home life. Last year, Raphael was given the opportunity to take a first aid course, and his partner always receives a gift on her birthday.
